Pricing FAQ
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Preview changes in Settings → Billing. Tier upgrades may create an immediate proration. Other changes apply without a mid-cycle refund, and the selected recurring price is billed at renewal.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout supports the payment methods Stripe makes available for your device and region, including major cards.
Is there a refund policy?
Subscription and evaluation fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period or evaluation window. Contact billing support if you believe a charge was made in error.
Do prices include sales tax?
Prices shown exclude applicable taxes. Stripe handles tax collection where required (GST/HST, VAT, etc.).
What happens if I cancel mid-cycle?
Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period — no proration, no loss. You just won't be charged again.
