By accessing or using Quanta AI ("Service"), operated by Quanta AI Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Quanta AI provides AI-powered stock and cryptocurrency analysis tools, including pattern recognition, signal generation, portfolio tracking, and related features. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
SnapTrade brokerage connections are read-only. A separate direct connection to a supported crypto exchange may use a trade-capable API key to transmit or cancel a live order only when an authenticated user explicitly requests that exchange action. Quanta is not a broker, does not custody assets, and does not provide automatic trading. You are responsible for reviewing each request, restricting API-key permissions, keeping withdrawals disabled, and accepting exchange execution, slippage, outage, and loss risk.
The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All analyses, signals, predictions, and recommendations are generated by algorithms and AI models and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on the monthly, quarterly, or annual interval you select. Elite is currently billed monthly. Subscription and evaluation fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period or evaluation window. Contact billing support if you believe a charge was made in error.
Eligible first-time Pro subscribers may purchase 14 days of Pro access for $9. A payment method is required. Checkout shows the exact recurring price, billing interval, and renewal date before you confirm. Unless you cancel before the evaluation ends, the selected Pro subscription renews automatically at that disclosed price and continues to renew until canceled. We send a reminder before the first renewal. The Free Preview requires no card and includes finite usage credits that do not reset.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) share your account credentials; (c) use bots or automated tools to scrape data beyond API rate limits; (d) resell or redistribute data or signals without authorization; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, algorithms, designs, and trademarks are the property of Quanta AI Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanta AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis, signal, or data provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
These Affiliate Program Terms apply when you apply for or participate in the Quanta AI affiliate program. Applications require review, and we may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Service, or the program. Approved affiliates may receive Pro access while approval remains active; that access is a program benefit, not cash compensation.
Attribution and qualifying payments. Attribution uses Quanta's first-party referral record and the current 30-day attribution window. A commission is earned only on a successfully settled, attributed subscription payment at the rate recorded for your affiliate account when the payment occurs. Taxes, credits, failed payments, self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent referrals, and payments that are refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back do not qualify. Attribution and payment records maintained by Quanta control in the event of a conflict.
Reversals and payouts. Quanta may cancel or reverse a commission tied to a non-qualifying payment. If that commission has been reserved in an unprocessed payout, the payout may be canceled and recalculated. If it has already been paid or cannot safely be removed from an in-process transfer, Quanta may offset the amount against future commissions or require repayment. Payout requests require an approved account, valid payout details, and at least $50 in eligible, unreserved commissions. Requests are manually reviewed. Displayed payout methods are subject to availability, identity and fraud checks, and applicable law; no fixed processing date is promised.
Promotion rules. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required and comply with platform rules and applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam, and securities laws. You may not make false or misleading product, performance, earnings, model-quality, or investment claims; imply guaranteed results; impersonate Quanta; bid on Quanta brand terms without written permission; use deceptive redirects or cookie stuffing; send unsolicited messages; or distribute Quanta content or data beyond the permissions we provide. Use only current, verifiable product information and clearly label illustrative examples.
Changes and termination. We may change prospective commission rates, attribution rules, program benefits, or these terms with notice through the affiliate dashboard, email, or this page. Changes do not convert a previously non-qualifying payment into a qualifying one. On suspension or termination, stop using affiliate assets and representing yourself as a Quanta affiliate. Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to review, reversals, minimum thresholds, and applicable law.
