Account Information: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you register.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, analyses run, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.
Copilot Content: Prompts, conversation messages, and the market or analysis context used to answer your request.
Connected Brokerage and Exchange Data: If you connect an account through SnapTrade, we receive available account metadata, balance, and position snapshots; that connection is read-only. If you directly connect a supported crypto exchange, we store your API credentials in encrypted form and process connection, account, and order data. Direct exchange credentials with trading permission can be used to transmit or cancel an order when you explicitly request an exchange action.
Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process payments; (c) send account-related communications and optional signal, portfolio, onboarding, or product emails you enable where required; (d) prevent fraud and abuse; (e) comply with legal obligations.

We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, Argon2id password hashing, access controls, and encrypted storage for direct-exchange credentials. No security measure is perfect; protect your account, restrict exchange keys to the minimum permissions needed, and never enable withdrawals.
We retain account data, saved analyses, and Copilot conversations while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual Copilot conversations in the product and request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backup-recovery periods.
We use essential cookies and browser-stored session tokens for authentication, and Google Analytics for usage measurement. We do not use third-party advertising pixels.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data, correction, deletion, or a portable copy, and you may opt out of marketing communications. The self-service account export contains the profile and principal product-data categories listed in Settings; it excludes authentication secrets, audit logs, and processor-internal identifiers. The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
